Manhattan Eye, Ear and Throat Institute (MEETI), a subsidiary of Lenox Hill Hospital, was ranked among the nation's top hospitals in Ophthalmology according to U.S. News and World Report's annual "America's Best Hospitals" survey.
The survey, conducted in conjunction with the National Opinion Research Center, a noted social science research group at the University of Chicago, assesses hospital care in 17 key medical specialties. The rankings included 205 medical centers out of more than 6,000 surveyed.
