Michael R. Jaff, DO, was recently appointed the Director of Vascular Medicine and the Vascular Diagnostic Laboratory at Lenox Hill Hospital.
The vascular diagnostic laboratory is located in Lenox Hill Hospital's newly opened 6,000 square foot Hypertension and Cardiovascular Medicine Center located at 210 East 64th Street.
Dr. Jaff will provide outpatient services at the new center and non-invasive vascular assessment using state-of-the-art technology.
He is currently the President-elect of the Society for Vascular Medicine and Biology, and serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the Intersocietal Commission for the Accreditation of Vascular Laboratories.
Dr. Jaff represents the cardiovascular medical community on the American College of Radiology Expert Consensus Panel on Cardiovascular Imaging, and is also a member of the editorial boards of several journals including Vascular Medicine, Angiology, Catheterization and Cardiovascular Interventions, and the Journal of Endovascular Therapy.
He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation, where he was Chief Medical Resident. A fellowship in Vascular Medicine at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation then followed.
