Orientation

As a teaching institution, we believe strongly in the significance of learning to enhance the quality of services provided, inspire an atmosphere of intelligence and inquiry, and ensure a continued supply of qualified personnel. Our orientation and ongoing learning modules were designed around that philosophy. Our orientation includes both generalized and individualized programs based upon competency assessments, high practice standards and a desire to promote productivity. Experienced nurses partner with our new staff to support and encourage their professional growth. We also provide a separate SNAP orientation for nursing students and licensed RNs pursuing Critical Care career transitions and a 4 month OR Nursing Internship Program.
