Critical Care Medicine

Critically ill adults are monitored by state-of-the-art equipment and treated by specially trained physicians and nurses in the Hospital’s 12-bed medical/surgical Intensive Care Unit (ICU). The multidisciplinary Critical Care team has a daily educational program to train our future health care professionals including residents and New York University Medical students. The Critical Care Team participates actively in multiple Quality initiatives on the National, State and local level.
