Hematology & Oncology

The Hematology/Oncology Division provides consultative services for patients with a broad variety of hematologic and/or oncologic diseases including benign and malignant hematology and solid tumor oncology of all major organ systems. Patients receive care from a team of dedicated physicians, specially trained nurses, and pain management specialists as well as from other members of the cohesive health care team. The Special Hematology Laboratory provides both basic testing and sophisticated procedures, including specialized coagulation studies. Advanced diagnostic techniques and therapeutic modalities are provided to deliver state of the art medical care. The Hematology/Oncology Fellowship Program has trained many fine physicians over the years and continues in its educational endeavors.
