If you cannot make your appointment...

We know that things come up and you cannot always keep your appointment. If that happens, we ask you to call and cancel, preferably 24 hours ahead. This allows us to use your appointment to serve another patient in need.

Directions

We are conveniently located at 210 East 64th Street between 2nd and 3rd avenues in Manhattan. The RDC is located within the Manhattan Eye, Ear, and Throat Institute building on the 1st floor.

Our center is discretely signed as the Primary Care Center (without mention of HIV) for the comfort and security of our patients. When arriving, please sign in at the front desk and simply follow the signs for the Primary Care Center on the 1st floor.

Nearest subway stops include the 4, 5, and 6 train at 59th street & Lexington Avenue or 68th street and Lexington Avenue stops, or the F train at Lexington Ave/63rd St.
