Parking

77th Street
Discounted parking is available at 165 East 77th Street Garage, between Third Avenue and Lexington Avenue. Validate parking tickets at the Hospital's information desk, located in the main lobby.

64th Street
Discounted parking is available at Central Parking System, on 64th St. between 2nd Avenue and 3rd Avenue, across the street from the hospital. Validate your parking ticket at the Hospital Security Desk located in the Lobby at the Main Entrance.

Driving Directions - 77th and 64th Street Campuses

From The Bronx or Westchester

77th Street - Take the Major Deegan Expressway (NYS Thruway, I-87) southbound to Triborough Bridge to Manhattan. Take FDR Drive southbound to 96th Street exit. Continue onto York Avenue and travel southbound to 77th Street. Make a right turn onto 77th Street and continue to Lexington Avenue.

64th Street - Take the Major Deegan Expressway (NYS Thruway, I-87) southbound to Triborough Bridge to Manhattan. Take FDR Drive southbound to 63rd Street exit. Continue on 63rd Street and turn right on Third Avenue. Make a right on 64th street.

From Brooklyn or Staten Island

77th Street - Cross the Brooklyn Bridge or go through the Brooklyn Battery Tunnel. Take FDR Drive northbound to 61st Street exit. Continue westbound on 61st Street to Third Avenue. Make a right turn onto Third Avenue. Take Third Avenue to 77th Street. Make a left turn onto 77th Street and continue to Lexington Avenue.

64th Street - Cross the Brooklyn Bridge or go through the Brooklyn Battery Tunnel. Take FDR Drive northbound to 61st Street exit. Continue westbound on 61st Street to Third Avenue. Make a right turn onto Third Avenue. Make a right on 64th Street.

From Queens or Long Island

77th Street - Cross the Triborough Bridge. Take FDR Drive southbound to 96th Street. Continue on York Avenue to 77th Street. Make a right turn onto 77th Street and continue to Lexington Avenue.

64th Street - Cross the Triborough Bridge. Take FDR Drive southbound to 63rd Street exit. Continue on 63rd Street and turn right on Third Avenue. Make a right on 64th street

OR

77th Street - Take the Queens Midtown Tunnel westbound to Third Avenue. Make a right turn onto Third Avenue. Take Third Avenue northbound to 77th Street. Make a left turn onto 77th Street and continue to Lexington Avenue.

64th Street - Take the Queens Midtown Tunnel westbound to Third Avenue. Make a right turn onto Third Avenue. Take Third Avenue northbound to 64th Street. Make a right turn onto 64th Street.

From New Jersey

77th Street - Cross the George Washington Bridge to Harlem River Drive/FDR Drive. Take FDR Drive southbound to 96th Street exit. Continue on York Avenue southbound to 77th Street. Make a right turn onto 77th Street and continue to Lexington Avenue.

64th Street - Cross the George Washington Bridge to Harlem River Drive/FDR Drive. Take FDR Drive southbound to 63rd Street exit. Continue on 63rd Street and turn right on Third Avenue. Make a right on 64th street.

From Connecticut

77th Street - Take the New England Thruway (I-95) southbound to Cross Westchester Expressway (I-287). Take left hand exit for NYS Thruway (I-87) southbound, and continue on Thruway to the Triborough Bridge to Manhattan. Take FDR Drive southbound to 96th Street exit. Continue on York Avenue southbound to 77th Street. Make a right turn onto 77th Street and continue to Lexington Avenue.

64th Street - Take the New England Thruway (I-95) southbound to Cross Westchester Expressway (I-287). Take lefthand exit for NYS Thruway (I-87) southbound, and continue on Thruway to the Triborough Bridge to Manhattan. Take FDR Drive southbound to 63rd Street exit. Continue on 63rd Street and turn right on Third Avenue. Make a right on 64th street.

Using Public Transportation

Bus

77th Street - Take the M101, M102, M103 or 98 bus on Lexington Avenue (downtown) or Third Avenue (uptown). You can also use the M79 crosstown bus to Lexington Avenue.

64th Street - Take the M101 or M102 bus on Lexington Avenue (downtown) or Third Avenue (uptown) to 64th Street. Or take the M15 bus on First Avenue (uptown) or Second Avenue (downtown) to 64th Street.

Subway

77th Street - Take the #6 train to 77th Street Station.

64th Street - Take the #6 local train to 68th Street Station, or take the #6 local train or #4 or #5 express train to 59th Street Station.

Flying to New York

Lenox Hill Hospital is easily accessible from LaGuardia, Kennedy and Newark Airports. Taxi service and airport shuttle buses are available at most airline terminals.
