Allergies play a huge part in some people's lives. Between identifying allergies, relieving symptoms, and avoiding allergens, it can feel like a full-time job. Read the personal accounts of people with allergies. Some people have known all their lives that they had allergies. For others, they needed patience and hard work to figure out the causes of their symptoms.
